Industrial Storm Water Practitioner - Trainer of Record

As California rolls out its updated storm water permit for industrial permitees, CASQA is soliciting for the first round of applicants to become Trainers of Record. Trainers of Record will be conducting the in-person trainings for the Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP) training courses beginning towards the end of 2015.

Under the new Industrial Permit, much like the Construction General Permit, there will be trained practitioners to implement the permit's requirements.  Those who become Trainers of Record will be the only individuals eligible to train the practitioners.

Applicants must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and a non-refundable $500 submittal fee to cover the review and evaluation of the SOQ. If not approved, applicants may resubmit a SOQ along with a non-refundable $250 resubmittal fee the next time CASQA issues a solicitation for applications.

SOQs will be accepted for online submittal until 4:00 PM PDT April 9, 2015.
